Stray Dogs

I do not know who is right and who is wrong in this dog figth. Earlier I was staying in Bhayander West. Thrice the dogs snatched my food bags. When I told one of my family friends about this  in Bhayander East they too told about simlar experiences. But they did not open the mouth because they felt people may laugh at them.  Now I know there are many such instances unreported.

 

Two years ago I shifted to Vini Gardens, D’Silva Wadi,  Borivili west. Similar probems exists here too. There are several stray dogs. I requested one of my friends from an NGO  to help us sterilise the dogs. They promissed to send the Van to collect the digs. Unfortunately even after one and half year  no one has turned up. May be they are too busy with other localities where they get publicity.

 

Can some one give me some telephone numbers of some serious NGO or BMC officers who will help us  ???.
