Sophia Polytechnic Annual Magazine
The Social Communications Media programme at the Sophia Polytech is a reputed course that encompasses several aspects of communications and media including Journalism, Radio, Television, Film, Advertising and Corporate Communications.
The students of this course are engaged in the production and publication of an annual magazine. The magazine has always tried to address issues of social relevance and aims to inform its readers and bring about change. This year the magazine will be dealing with the communities that are distinctive to Mumbai. These would include: the English Literary community, the Private Music community, the train culture etc. we wish these articles would help bring out the essence of the city.
The mobilization of funds remains a constant struggle in publishing a student magazine. We look forward to your kind co-operation in making this endeavor a success. Financial assistance is solicited in terms of advertisements and sponsorships.
The Social Communications Media magazines have in the past , been either fully or partially sponsored by various companies and industrial houses. They include Reliance Industries, Hindustan Lever Limited , Citibank , The Times of India , Indian Express, Hoechst India Limited and Cadbury’s.
In order to garner funds to meet the production cost of the magazine, we are offering both full sponsorship and advertisements.
