1) No need, no value of rating NGOs. Rating does not help.
By all means you can maintain a current list of good and
bad NGOs seiving out subjectively from audit reports,
experience, individuals behind the NGOs, all this for
private reference.
2) a) whether alive and operating b) charities c) transparency
d) individuals behind the NGOs or trusts e) Accounts & Reports.
3) No rating. For compiling a list, there are some organisations
like SOSVA and some NGO Federations.
4) Mahindras and others like CRY and Helpage India.
