| I am enclosing two documents for your perusal as a follow up to the meeting held at the DIT premises with DIT functionaries on the proposed Common Service Centres scheme – 100000 of these centres to serve the rural population. While we are happy that more than 40 partners have so far provided their input to the guidelines, I thought some of you who had the intent to contribute would like to do so this week.
