She is M.Sc. in Psychology and Nutrition and also holds a masters degree, in Communication. She has devised special relaxation and shoulder strain relieving techniques, eye exercises, from Yoga and Tai chi which form a part of her teaching. The basis of these workshops is simple and sustainable. Because, she says, Nothing complicated works. They are in tune with the times, and what young adults require.

Once a week she visits the underprivileged, and councils them on hygiene, health and positive attitudes. She says, I think I am keeping some drug addicts and criminals off the road. All earnings of her centres are used to support needy students. In her words I am trying to burn the candle at both the ends.
