Volunteer Relationship Executive/Manager (Chennai) – Involves placing volunteers, partnering with local NGOs, handling employee volunteering projects, dealing with foreign volunteers and managing adhoc projects
Volunteer Relationship Executive (Bangalore) – Involves marketing the programme in colleges and seeking applications, sourcing projects from rural NGOs in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, managing the programme holistically i.e. recruitment & selection, orientation, monitoring and review

India Fellow 2007

Its 6 weeks with a twist no parents, no friends, mostly no TV, no flashing billboards, sometimes no electricity, no swanky skyscrapers, no fancy food, just REAL RURAL INDIA with real people living a real Indian life.
Apply now and join the 47-member strong team of India Fellows from Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore who, since 2005, have been placed in the rural hinterlands of Uttaranchal, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Karnataka working on diverse projects in the field of education, self help groups (SHG), healthcare, microfinance, child labour, watershed management, biogas, child rights, ecology, village dynamics, public distribution system, panchayat raj, village mapping and water conservation & purification.
The countdown is on for the annual Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon to be held on 21st January 2007. This year the event will see 30,000 runners across the 3 categories of Dream Run (6 kms), Half Marathon (21 kms) and Full Marathon (42 kms). So, be there next Sunday, sharp and early outside CST, to catch our very own, Shalabh Sahai, Director iVolunteer who will lead the way for team iVolunteer.
Big in December
15th December 2006 was a special day for iVolunteer. We organized our first ever inter collegiate competition Pagdandi at Sri Venkateswara College, one of the prestigious colleges in New Delhi. The competition marked the launch of iVolunteer and India Fellow in south campus. Participants from several colleges of Delhi University competed in different events including declamation, poetry recitation, street play, solo singing, group singing, solo dancing and group dancing.

Big in January
iVolunteer Delhi is organizing the 9th regional workshop Introduction to Volunteer Management on 19th January 2007 at ISI, New Delhi. Invitations have been sent out to 40+ non-profits who will participate in the day-long workshop graced by 5 speakers.
