CR to conduct passenger feedback survey of new generation EMU train

THE Central Railway will conduct a weeklong passenger feedback survey on the new generation EMU train starting from March 12.
The survey will be conducted to obtain commuter feedback/suggestions, so that necessary modifications/alterations can be carried out in the new rakes. The commuter feedback/suggestion form will include seating pattern, leg space between seats, visibility of display of passenger information system, requirement of platform direction indication on PIS display, stainless steel flooring, forced ventilation system, number of fans, handles on inside and outside faces of doors, height of luggage racks in ladies compartments, window size and size of signage provided on coaches for proper visibility.
