RE:  Medical Camp

We have successfully completed our 64 medical camps of Free Medical & Optical Check–Up, distribution of Medicines & School bags. & Midday Meal & Milk Details of all the camps are given below:

(1) On 1^st October 2005 The Vatsalya Foundation at Mahalaxmi nearly 130 Note Books, Food & Medicines were distributed for the children.

(2)       On 21^st October 2005 Yuvak Pratishthan Mulund (East), provided medicines to the flood affected people for 50 camps.

(3)       We had arranged Fun Fair in Victoria School on 14^th March 2006. We had put stall and distributed gifts to the children.

(4)       On 16^th April 2006 at Cuffe Parade Bus Depot- Nearly 300 people were given Medicines and Free Health Check-up was done. And 100 School Bags were distributed and also Food was distributed

(5)       On  29^th April 2006 at St. George Hospital Nearly 15,000 Tablets & Medicines was given for giving to OPD patient.

(6)       On 1^st May, 2006 near Abhyuday Bank, Dharu Khana – Nearly 500 people were checked and given Medicines and Health Check-up done and 200 School Bags were distributed

(7)       On 7^th May 2006 at Nalasopara near Talab  – Free Medical Check-up and distribution of free Medicines and School Bags were distributed.

(8)       On 14^th May at Labour camp at Shiwri – Nearly 200 people were given Medicines and Health Check-up was done and School Bags were distributed.

(9)       On 14^th May at Bhor- Pune- Nearly 300 people were given Medicines and Health check-up was done.

(10)  On 16^th May at Sankalp. At 11 a.m. near Bombay Central Station with Rotary Club of Down Town-Nearly 15000 Tablets of different Medicines were given to give treatment to Drug Addict and Alcohol People.

(11)  Eye Camp held at SNDT Churchgate & Santacruz for three days and necessary treatment was done. I was the Chief guest and the Vice Chancellor was present all the time. Nearly 400 people were examined.

(12)  Free Radiation for Cancer Patients held at Tata Hospital, Nair Hospital & Cama Hospital from 6/12/2005 to till date.

(13)  All Eye camps we identified person suffering from Cataract and other aliment and nearly 275 people were refer to Haji Bacholi Eye Hospital. For operation and treatment through Dr. Ashwin Shah.

(14)  We are supplying mid-day meals and Milk to Victoria Memorial School to the Blind, Opp Tardeo A/C Market Tardeo Mumbai-34 for 120 blind children.  This is done for last 3 years and continuing till today.

(15)  We are supplying Mid-day meals and Milk to Savera School, opp Elphinston Talkies near VT station for underprivileged handicapped children everyday for 3 years and continuing till today.

   (16) On 4^th March 2006 Fond memories of the Interact District Conference 2006 school Bags were given away as lucky draw to over 60 Interactors from different Schools.

   (17) We have organized a Human chain and Endorsement campaign on 31^st of May, 2006 at Marine Drive, opp. Hotel International at 5.30 p.m.

(18) On 26^th May, 2006 at 11.30 a.m. Opening of a new home for girls who are drug and alcohol edicts rehabitation centre at Santacruz (East) Support, Old BMC Building, 2^nd floor, Vakola Market. Distributed School bags.

(19) On 18^th June 2006 at Abhyauday Parsiwadi, Ghatkoper (W), Mumbai-86 – Free Medical Check-up and distribution of free Medicines and School Bags were distributed.

(20) On 25^th June 2006 at Koldongari Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal, Jambo Darshan, Koldongri, Chikuwadi, Andheri (E), and Mumbai-69 – Free Eye Check-up and distribution of free Medicines and School Bags were distributed.

(21) On 15^th August 06 at Somaya high school hall, Near Kaisa Kabristhan, Kaisa mumbra we did a medical camp for poor people. There was came around 250 people for check up. We gave them free medicines.

(22)  On 22^nd Sep. 2006 at Tata Hospital we distributed 180 School Bags for the Rose Day Occasion.

(23) On 14^th Oct. 2006 at N.S.D., Industrial home for blind, B.D.D., Building no. 52, Opp. Jambori Maidan, Worli, Mumbai-18. 200 Clothes distributed to the Blind Peoples.

(24) In the chatmai Festival on 28 Oct. 2006 at Juhu Beach we distributed fruits and with that we did a medical camp and distributed free medicines to 300 people.

(25) On 22^nd Sep.2006 at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel – 180 School Bags distribution on Rose day.

(26) In Navratri Occasion we distributed 130 School bags at Durga Mandir, sakinaka,

(27) We had given Advertisement for Eye donation in Mahanagar Gas Limited and Printed 7 Lakh Copies.

(28) On the Diwali occasion we distributed 300 School bags to the Cancer patients. As well as we distributed Biscuit packets to the children in Tata hospital.

(29) On the Diwali occasion we also distributed Rashan to 5000 People

           On 23^rd Oct. 2006 at Swami Narayan Mandir,Gardya Nagar,Ghatokpar,  Mumbai.

(30) On 12 Nov. 2006 at, Ambewadi krida Mandal, near kala chawki post office, G.D. Ambekar Marg, Ambewadi, Kala chawki. Mumbai-33.Free Medical Check-up done by us. We distributed free medicine also.

(31) On the 14^th Nov. 2006, at lions Club of See Side Best the Country Club Prethemesh Complex, Veer Desai Road, Andheri (W). Mumbai-400053. We distributed 45 School Bags to the needy children.

(32)  On 19^th Nov. 2006 at Banjara Tanda, New Bharat Nagar, Vashinaka, Chembur Mumbai-74. We did free medical camp for Poor people.

(33) We had given 100 school bags and medicines to the Narayan Seva Sansthan for the poor children and needy people.

(34) We had given also medicines to Red Swastik society for their medical camp.

(35)  We have distributed 80 School bags on 23^rd November 2006 at Cancer care centre, Bharat sevashram sangha, 263, Swami pranavanandaji Marg, Sec-31 A, vashi, New Bombay-400703.

(36)  On 25^th November 06. At 182, Saris Dev Street, Chakla, Majid Bandar, (E) we organized Blood Camp and Free medical camp.

(37) On 1^st December 06 at Dinanath Mangeshkar hall, opp. Vileparle (E) we Distributed 105 kg. Rice packets to needy people.

(38)  We did a big Medical camp at Shivaji Park, touching MTNL Building on footpath, opposite of United Mill, Prabhadevi on 5^th December 2006 from morning 8.30 a.m. to 7^th December’06. We also distributed 150 kg. Rice and food to all the people who attended our camp on Ambedkar Punyatithi.

(39)  On 15^th December 06 we Distributed 86 Rice Packets to Children at Krishana nand school, Khar (W), Mumbai.

(40)  On 18^th December 06 we distributed 100 Rice Packets to Cancer Patients.

(41)  On 21^st December 06 we distributed 217 Rice Packets to children at Dump and Duff School, Mazgaon.Mumbai.

(42)  On 3^rd January 2007 at Gol Maidan, Near to Kailash Parvat hall, Ulashsnagar no. 01. We did a medical camp for poor people. 150 people have come for medical check-up.

(43)  From 12^th January 2007 to 14^th January 2007 we did a Cancer Detection Camp at 14 A road, Ahinsa Marg, Khar (W), Mumbai-400052. There we did 1000 people’s Free Cancer Detection.

(44)  On 14^th January 07 we Distributed Free Rice to needy Children at Krishana nand School, Khar, Mumbai.

(45) On 18^th January 2007 we Distributed 275 Rice Packets to School Children at Jaivakil School,

(46) We Distributed Breakfast to Cancer Children who was taken part on Marathon on 21^st January 07 at St. Xavier College, Marine Lines, Mumbai-400002. Who took part for CANCER PATIENS AIDS ASSOCIATION.

(47)  We distributed 72 school bags on 21^st January 2007 with Lions Club Of Bombay Airport at Parle Tilak School, Hanuman Road, Vileparle (E). Mumbai –57.

(48)  We had a Free Medical Camp on 22 January 2007 to 25 January 2007 at Chatapati shivaji Maharaj Maidan, Jamboli Naka, Thane (W).

(49)  We had also a free Medical Camp on 23^rd January 2007 at Netaji Subhashchandra Bosh chowk, Dana Bandar, Near to Kabristhan.

(50)  We are distributed 772 Rice Bags on 26 January 07 at Pratiksha Nagar School, oshiwara, Link Road, Next to H. K. college, Near to Kabristhan.

(51) We did a free Medical Camp on 28^th January 2007 at Shri Sai Nagar, Tavari Pada, Lalbag, Mumbai –400012.There came around 300 people for check – up.

(52) We gave 50 School bags to Aasam for the Poor Children.

(53) We gave breakfast to blind children at Victoria Memorial School, Tardeo on 3^rd February 2007 to my Birthday occasion. As well as we gave 51,000/- Rs. Cheque to them.

(54)  We Distributed 1000 Biscuit Packets and 60 School bags to Poor children on 8^th February 2007.

(55)  We Distributed 86 Rice Packets for Cancer patients on 8^th February 2007 at Tata Memorial Hospital.

(56)  We Distributed Rice Packets to 800 Cancer Patients on 9^th February 2007 at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel. Mumbai.

(57)  We Distributed 1000 Slumber Kit to needy children on 6^th February 2007 at Y.M.C.A. International House, Y.M.C.A. Road, Near Maratha Mandir Cinema, Bombay Central. Mumbai.

(58) We Distributed Rice Packets to needy People on 9^th February 2007 at Bhagvan Mahavir Sarkar, Parel,Mumbai.

(59) On 10^th February 2007 we Distributed 100 School Bags to School Children at sant Merry School, Bhyculla. Mumbai.

(60)  On 10^th February 2007 we distributed 450 Rice Packets to Cancer Patients at Vasant Momerial Trust, Bandra. Mumbai.

(61) On 17^th February 2007 we did a Function for Blind children at Kamala Mehta Dadar School for the Bilnd, 160 Dada Saheb Falke Road,Dadar (E), Mumbai-400014. We gave him breakfast. As well as we gave him 60 school bags and 125 kg. Rice for the Blind Children.

(62) On 18^th February 2007 we did a Medical camp for poor People at Khilafat House, Love Lane, Bhyculla, Mumbai. We distributed free medicine also. There 200 people comefor the treatment.around 300 people come for the treatment.

(63)    On 18^th February 2007 we did a Medical camp for poor people at Aadivasi High school, Walvande, Post. Walande, taluka, Javhar, Dist. Thane. We distributed free Medicines also. There also 250 people came for the health check up.

(64) On 18^th February 2007 we also did a medical camp at Sharada Mandir High school, Lal chowk,kalyan (w). Mumbai. There also we gave free medicines. There also 300 patients come for the check up.

(65) We did a huge medical Camp from 25^th February 2007 to 27^th February 2007 at Vrindavan Narsary, Opp. Mandava, Alibag Road, Alibag. There come around 500 people for health check up. We distributed free medicines also.

(66)  On Woman Day that is on 8^th March 2007 we had gone to the Bhyculla Jail. There we did Eye check up and distributed Specs to the patients.

(67) On the same day 8^th March 2007 we had gone to the King Gorge v Memorial, E Moses Road, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai-400011. There we had given 200 Rice packets, ear machine, Wheel chair, artificial legs.

(68) On 11^th March 2007 we did a Medical Camp at Flat No. 1, Sector No. 6, Shanti Nagar, Near to Madhuban Hotel, Mira Road (E), Mumbai.There come around 350 people for health check-up.

(69) We gave 200kg Rice, 100kg Wheat, 15kg Sunflower oil, 25 kg Turdal, 10 kg Sugar to Victoria Memorial school to the blind,opp. Tardeo A/C Market, tardeo Road, Mumbai-400034.

(70) On 14^th March we distributed 200 Rice Packets at Jeevan Jyoth, Goregaon, Mumbai.

(71) On 15^th March 2007 we did a Medical camp at 277, Dr. Baba saheb ambedkar nadar, Next to Nagori hotel, Near to bakbay depo, Cuffe parede, Colaba. Mumbai –400005. There come around 300 patients for check up.

Nearly thousands of people got the benefit of Doctor Examination & Medicines.  Also thousand of students got the School Bags. And Midday Meal & Milk St. George & Sankalp got the stock of medicines, which they will distribute, to needy people free of charge. As well as we distributed free Rice Packets to the needy people and School children.
