Similarily, here a well-publicised line could be used to receive complaints, with details of the case.
Also, a couple of really authentic officers with a reputation for being both fair and tough, could be used to lend credibility. They could be highlighted as the ‘A-team’, and their achievements in exposing and handling corruption cases should be well-publicised, so that people start getting confidence about the program. Stories always have a better impact than figures.
