KPR believes in a far reaching social vision beginning with its employees. To this end it provides residential, medical, and educational facilities to all its employees. KPR strictly enforces an 8 hour workday policy without overtime. This policy provides the workforce with ample time to pursue educational and vocational activities that are offered at our facilities. It believes in nurturing the growth of its employees who will in turn do their best to nurture the society.  An eco-friendly organization, the company harnesses the resources of nature to generate power. It has 39 wind mills with a total capacity of 39.07 MWs per hour. These wind mills are capable of supporting substantially all of the energy needs of the company, making it self reliant in power consumption without causing harm to the eco-system.

 

KPR has also made investments in the municipal infrastructure by constructing short road linkages to our manufacturing facilities from the national highways and state roads with the objective to provide quality infrastructure and connectivity to KPR’s manufacturing sites.

In fact, over 75% of our energy requirements are met by  green energy from captive windmills of 40MW.
