Magic Bus is a non- government organisation which promotes childrens right to play through a developmental program using sports and outdoor adventure as a platform to reach the most marginalised and at risk children and Youth.
Magic Bus
is a 9-year old not-for-profit organization in Mumbai working through the medium of sport and experiential learning to improve the personal and social skills of at risk children and youth. The organization is at an exciting stage in its growth and is exploring opportunities in partnership with various government bodies and UNICEF to scale its programme across India. The organization has won a number of global awards and is now in need of a carefully managed human resource strategy to nurture and grow the employees in the organization. The organization has over 100 employees in Mumbai and at its development centre on the outskirts of the city.For the expansion plan Magic Bus is looking for a dynamic, hard working People to be appointed at Senior position.
