Partners in Change
The Governing Body of Partners in Change (PiC) invites applications for the position of Chief Executive.
PiC is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to deepening and widening Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in India through conceptualization, consulting and the promotion of best practice. Established in 1995 and guided by its vision of a world where the quality of life of disadvantaged people, communities and environment is recognized and practiced as an essential part of doing business, PiC with its headquarters in Delhi is well respected in India and internationally.
It has had the fortune of a stable Board and excellent and long serving CEOs who have contributed to the growth of the organization and CSR practice in the country. PiC is now looking for its third CEO who will build on the strengths of the organization and take it to the next steps of its growth. The CEO will be responsible to the Board and report to the President.
The prospective candidate could be from any of the three streams the corporate world, civil society or academia with an interest in the evolving concepts of inclusive and responsible management in the corporate sector. The applicants are expected to have 15 years experience and strong visioning, management, fund raising and networking skills with the corporate sector, government and civil society organizations. Strong communication skills are essential and a good appreciation of social and human development issues and applied research skills would be an advantage.
Based in Delhi, the salary would be Rs. 20 lakhs per annum consolidated (CTC).
