Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal (SSM) is a village based voluntary organization established in 1959 with a view to educate and empower the deprived rural people of Sagroli Dist.Nanded. SSM runs Project SATHI (Safe Adolescent Transition Healthy Initiative) for improving the Reproductive Health of Married Adolescent Girls in Rural Maharashtra. The project is supported by Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and Population Foundation of India. The project demonstrates effective interventions to improve the sexual and reproductive health of married young women in 10 villages of Sagroli and surrounding area. Duration of the project is two years. In the project, we need Female Field Supervisor with a qualification of MSW and experience of at least a year in the field of community health.
