The following are the requirements of the post –
Gender – Male.
Age – between 40 to 55 years.
Health – goo and sound. A person should have good mobility.
Preference – Must be a graduate in Commerce, knowing finalisation of
Trust accounts(Knowing Tally is added advantage), must have good
administrative skills to manage trust staff as well as to maintain
cordial relations with the Hospital staff, knowing tax laws, other
related laws to Charity Institutions and Hospital working will be an
added qualification.
Duties & responsibilities –
The duties and responsibilities of the Manager in a nut-shell are
(List is indicative)
a) To attend to all Inward and Outward correspondence of the Trust
in particular and the Hospital in general.
b) To get prepared the Medical bills for the Hospital Trust, check
for its’ correctness and approve the same with his signature thereon.
c) To discuss with the patients’ relatives who are demanding
concession in the bill amount, as per the guidelines given by the
Management from time to time.
d) To assess the eligibility of free cases, concessional cases in
consultation with the Dy.Superintendent and approve the same with
his remarks thereon.
e) To ensure submission of various statements/returns to various
government/semi-
well as concessions given by the Trust to the patients.
f) To develop liaison with the OPD, IPD sections and the staff
working therein to ensure smooth and timely medical services to the
patients.
g) To take a Daily round in OPD and IPD sections to assess the level
of cleanliness in various departments, to asses the
problems/suggestion
and/or In-charge of Development department.
h) To guide the concern clerk and ensure to get written, checked
all accounts of the Trust Activities as per schedule decided by the
Management. The work of preparing of accounts to be done preferably
on Tally package.
i) To ensure and get audited the Trust accounts from the designated
Chartered Accountants at regular intervals, as decided by the
management.
j) To ensure to get approved and published Trust Income &
Expenditure account and Balance Sheet well before 10th May every
year.
k) To draft and submit reports on various Trust activities to the
management, In-charge of Development department and to the
publishing agencies for incorporating in the Annual Report,
Magazines etc.
Working hours – 8 hours per day.
Compensation – commensurate with the qualification, experience and
best at par with other Charitable Institutions.
