Designation: Manager Corporate Relationships

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• The job includes direct interaction with senior management of companies handling CSR activities.
• Promoting Credibility Alliance norms to companies and
• Promoting accreditation of companies’ NGO partners.  

Skills:

• Very good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in marketing/business development in the Corporate sector 
• Good command over English language

Qualification: Graduate or Post graduate of any discipline, MBA preferred.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualification. [Between Rs20-40,000 p.m.]

Designation: Manager Accreditation

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop accreditation mechanism with guidance from CRISIL
• Continuous interaction with the regional coordinators to guide them through the process of accreditation and monitor their performance
• Lead assignments and ensure adherence to time and quality of service
• Interact with the Central Accreditation Committee on a regular basis
• Identify team of assessors
• In charge of assessor’s training based on Credibility Alliance Norms
• Responsible for editing and restructuring assessment report 

Skills:

• Excellent command over written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Ability to think through, plan and implement systematically 

Qualification: MBA/ CA with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualification. [Between Rs30-40,000p.m.]

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• To assist Manager Accreditation in coordinating activities related to accreditation
• Develop and maintain data related to accreditation
• Assist Manager Accreditation to edit and restructure assessment reports
• Coordinate training activities for assessors

Skills: Excellent command over written and spoken English

Knowledge of word, excel and power point

Qualification: Graduate or post graduate with 2 years of experience.

 

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualification. Between 18 to 20 K

• Maintain and develop data and develop membership management systems
• Promote Credibility Alliance norms amongst members in four regions
• Interact with member organizations

Skills:

• Should have reasonable level of understanding of non-profit sector
• Command over English language
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Qualification: Graduate or post graduate in any discipline with three to four years of experience.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualification. Between 20 K to 30 K

• Responsible for publishing of monthly news letter on time
• Responsible brand building of Credibility Alliance
• Responsible for updating the website
• Responsible for educating members regarding Credibility Alliance norms through website and newsletter
• Responsible for bringing our publications related to norms and accreditation
• Responsible for promotion of  Norms and Accreditation through various communication channels

Skills: Excellent command over English is must. Good interpersonal skills

Qualification: Post Graduate diploma in communication, at least 1 year’s post qualification work experience.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualification. Between 25 to 40K
