The stray dog menace at Pantnagar in Ghatkopar has increased to such an extent that they have snatched our day’s respite and night’s sleep. During the day, these dogs chase motorists, rag-pickers and sales people who go around doing their business. While, during the night they chase each other, bark and howl, disturbing our sleep miserably. Thanks to the dog-lovers, the municipal authorities too have stopped catching them. This has resulted in an increase in their numbers. It’s time the BMC took necessary steps
to tackle this problem. Cajetan Peter D’Souza, Ghatkopar (E)
