Darai is the seperate ethnic group.These people have their own Culture and Tradition.Most of the people are follow the Hindusm Religion.Almost 90 percentage of the total population is engaged in the Farming and rest of in the other official sector.The education percentage of these group is 6o percentage.The new generation is almost 95 percentage educated.
From DARAI ethnic group,they have also in touch of the reputed post of the nepalese field.Among them mr. Tam Bahadur Darai became the mayor of Byas Municipality and some of became the Doctor,Professor.
In the field of higher education,Most of the people are in the Commerce and Arts Faculty.Few of them are only engaged in the other Faculty like Mr. Rajendra Darai has received his B.Sc.Ag,Mr. Dinesh Darai has received his Bachelor in Hotel Management and some of them are running their education in the engineering sector.
