Dear Members,
We have come across many complaints that HUTCH is sending SMS to the consumers asking them to deposit their documents. This is a great harassment because the cell numbers are allotted only after consumers have submitted their identity and proof of residence.
I suggest all members to write to their nodal officer to his e-mail anthony.m@hutch.in asking a copy of your documents that were submitted by you when the cell number was given to you. If they do not have your documents question them as to on what basis did they allot you the number?
Do not let HUTCH take you for a ride. Why should a consumers run around when they have already submitted their papers once (in some cases even twice).
HUCH has a strategy to deduct National Roaming without the consumer applying for it or without intimation to consumer. This way they extort Rs. 49 from HUTCH subscribers. Why can’t HUTCH issue a warning before they deduct the NR amount even if someone has dialled a number from outside city limits? Well they never forget to relay such warning when a HUTCH subscriber’s account is low !!! That means that they purposely do not issue warnings to make money.
