| 2. Services that were sought: | Audit of our Co-op houseing society for the year 2003. Cancellation of committee illegal way elected. Not submitting accounts. The present secretary Mr.Dukhande is not giving any account since 2003 for property tax an action against him |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | I am not getting refund of property tax wrongly collected from me since 2003. I am not geting NOC for providing flat on leave licence. I am not allowing to attend AGM, not giving invitation for AGM, not getting copy of account. |

| 6. Result: | The Dy Regd R ward issued order for refund of amount, but Mr.Dukhande is not giving, not following instructions. Informed to DDR but now he is also not taking any action as there is somethings happen |

| Suggestion 1: | After getting application why action is not taken by DDR? In spite of his order society is not following his instruction, the matter informed to DDR, since no action? Society’s committee had not submited M-20 security bond committee is continued till date why? In place of 133 members by showing only 80-90 members election is carried out why? it is an illegal election. action against election officer why not initiated? Though he is power to issue NOC for providing room on leave licence NOC not issued for malafiled intension. Though committee is not giving account not action by DDR? |
