B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2010 – Mar

2. Services that were sought:	Projects alloted to designers

3. Problem/s I faced:	Some percentage of the amount is being asked by the officials that has been allotted for the project and they get the total amount signed

4. Bribe amount:	10% for the official and 15-20% for other deductions

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	No

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	No

6. Result:	there has been no action coz if i don’t pay the project would be given to someone else who’s ready to pay the bribe

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	Direct dealings should be promoted and there should be enough information available for the people that they do not have to go to any official asking for details.. also there should be some kind of declaration of projects that we come to know .. information of the NGO’s should be given properly like the website etc so that we hav a fair idea of what the ngo is dealing with …

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	Pls take some action against it… do some kind of investigations... take reports as they get the exact amount signed for the project and give only a small amount out of it… major part is being taken as bribe!!!

Suggestion 2:	we can together do something to catch hold of them red handed… involve people from the empaneled teams who are being asked for the bribe and ask them to talk to the officials … the conversation can be recorded or so…

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	people should complaint against any such thing they come across..
