| B: My Complaint Details | |
| 1. Period of incident: | 2010 – Mar |
| 2. Services that were sought: | HR registration of certificates. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | once we enter there agents are there to bribe, if we don’t give them the deals we are not able to get certificates on time. the people who receive documents gets money from agents and their papers are forwarded. others needs to walk many times to get it done and they make to walks many times. |
| 4. Bribe amount: | it is depends upon the agents, per certificate they ask for 1500-2000 rs |
| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | I did not pay bribe therefore they ask me walk many times and tells detailes are not correct and make me to run up and down |
| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | am still waiting to get my certificate to attested. am not sure how many time they will make me to walk for that |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | 1. Make the public to submit the certificate without agents with bribe agents ask for 5000 – 10000 rs depends on the urgency and people. I have seen people are literally crying to get it done, I feel pity for them. so take some strong action to stop it |
| Suggestion 2: | 2. HR attest ation of the certificate do before delivering it to candidates. so that candidates need not worry about doing it later and waste time for their work and pay extra money. for doing it, processing money can be take from candidates. |
| Suggestion 3: | 3.help public to approch the official freely and friendly approach |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | 1. take strong action to stop it and make process past . |
| Suggestion 2: | 2. Poor people are suffering a lot. so help the public to have confidence in govt, and work for good. There are many people are suffering, because they got job but the certificate are not attested so not able to join or miss chances to join the company. |

| Suggestion 1: | My simple suggestion to all is stand together against Corruption. plese don’t pay bribe for any cost. When we bribe we make official to be corrupted. |
