| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | I have to pay or else he was saying that the seats are full and you wont be able to make up. |
| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | That was the channel everyone guided me, saying that if u wont pay him your work will be halted. |

| Details of Content: | This problem is faced by everyone approaching to examination centre for booking, collecting their certificates and none of them have taken action before for the fear that clerk will misplace the file. |
