| 2. Services that were sought: | Advocate S L Kodle of civil court multai wants his daughter PALLAVI (BAMS)to be selected as ayurvedic medical officer. through the Ayush test 2009 interviews on 5th feb 2010. at bhopal |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Advocate S L Kodle wants his daughter Pallavi to be selected at any cost met a concerned Director along with his friend clerk Ramsing who is working in health dept. After assurance from the Director , the Advocate paid Rs. 1 lakh to clerk Ramsing as advance on 5th feb 2010. |

| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | Advocate S L Kodle paid 1 lakh Advance to clerk Ramsingh of health(Ayush) dept. after meeting assurance from the Director. on 5th feb 2010. |
| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | Advocate S L Kodle is sure that his daughter Pallavi will definetely be selected because he has already paid the Advance ready to pay the balance amount after selection. |

| Suggestion 1: | Keep watch record the meeting of Directors Heads during the time of interviews. |
| Suggestion 2: | Use CCTV’s Recorders monitor the meetings of Directors. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | In this Case few things are 100% clear, i.e. the persons between whom the exchange of bribe has been done, they are Advocate S L Kodle(09424479111) Clerk Ramsing(09826227002) on 5th feb 2010 afternoon at Bhopal after meeting assurance from the director for selection of Pallavi as ayurvedic medical officer. Only the Identity of the Director is not clear. which can come out by Investigating with 2 persons Advocate KODLE clerk Ramsingh. The 2 teams of ACB can reach Advocate KODLE Clerk Ramsing Investigate with them using the 100% clear data. |
| Suggestion 2: | The ACB team can fix the meeting with Advocate someway Investigate about the 5th feb incident by saying that Ramsing director are in ACB’s custody. The Same time other team should reach clerk Ramsing invetigate the truth by saying that Advocate Kodle Director are in ACB’s custody. In this way the truth will definetely come in front of us. Their mobile numbers can be used for fixing the meetings. During Investigation we may know the identity of the Director also. |
