| 2. Services that were sought: | Advocate KODLE from Multai(MP) came with his daughter PALLVI for her selection as Ayurvedic medical officer. On 5th feb 2010. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Advocate KODLE met the Director along with a clerk Mr. Ramsing of health dept.During the interview of his daughter PALLVI |
| 4. Bribe amount: | 2.5 lakhs. (1 lakh advace and 1.5 after Selection) |
| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | Advocate KODLE(09424479111) paid Rs.1 lakh to Mr Ramsing(09826227002 |
| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | Advocate KODLE did not want to take any chance. so have already paid the advance of Rs 1 lakh. |
| 6. Result: | Since MP govt has stay order on this selection, So he is waiting/ and confident that his daughter will be selected in any way. |

| Details of Content: | the selection is the part of Ayush Test 2009 by Vyapam. Interviews were conducted on 5th feb. at chayan bhavan. Ms Pallvi was passed BAMS from ashtang ayurvedic college, Indore in year 2007. |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | Meetings with Director must be monitored during this kind of selection process. Reasons for this kind of meeting must be asked from the directors. |
| Suggestion 2: | Use of CCTV’s phone/mobile recordings may prevent this kind of crimes. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | I have provided the maximum possible data with accuracy from reliable sources. ACB can use the Mobile Nos. of Mr. Ramsing(clerk from health dept.-09826227002) Advocate KODLE (Multai, MP- 09424479111) investigate about the matter of 5th feb 2010. I know ACB has better ways for investigation this data will definetely help them. |
