B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	Before 2007

2. Services that were sought:	check out the problems that the staffs face.

3. Problem/s I faced:	continous duty without rest, improper food provided in canteen and certain other staffs getting attendance and duty as per their wish with higher authorities support and moreover ilegal money exchange from employees and certain staffs are not even getting duty even if they wish to it

4. Bribe amount:	thousands

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	not regularly

6. Result:	problems will subside temporarily

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	this compliants are not that much when you find it by yourself

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	to catch the corrupt officials and to give an exact remedy either punishment or transfer or whatever4 it is

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	driver secretary must be kept for only cetain period and periodic elections should be held at proper time and other one who supports is the BM even he must be watched by other higher authoreities
