| 2. Services that were sought: | We had complained about an illegally constructed Toilet(WC) in the common passage of 2nd floor of 16 Sopariwala building , 2nd umerkhadi lane Mumbai -400009 |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Inspite of regular complaints in written no action has been taken yet. The officers of B ward are just givin false promises. We have following up with them past one year. |
| 4. Bribe amount: | Dont know. The person who has constructe the toilet might have bribed them. |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | Please appoint responsible persons who act promptly at citizens complaints. Do keep a complaint box where people can drop in their complaint about these officers. Act strictly if an officer is found not doing his/her work. Please do not appoint corrupt people. Please start a department in each Ward office where people can complain about other officers if they are not doing their work or duties properly. |
