1. Period of incident:	2009 – Dec

2. Services that were sought:	I WANT INVESTIGATION AND IMPARTIAL ENQUIRY AGAIST THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER,BOROLIA DIVISION(IRRIGATION)TAMULPUR,BASKA DISTRICT in ASSAM

3. Problem/s I faced:	As this government official since last 10 years managing the higher authority staying in the same office and doing rampant corruption in government fund.

4. Bribe amount:	He always want 60% amount from the contractor

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	Yes i also paid him the amounting Rs 2lacs for false bill.

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	No

6. Result:	result was nil

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	I desire to take punitive action against the executive engineer and book him under anti corruption department of assam.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	I request the Director General,Anti corruption Bureu of assam to register a criminal case agaist Sri Bimala Baishya,Executive Engineer,Borolia Division(Irrigation),Tamulpur under Baska District and investigate the corruption matter.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	to pressurise the higher authority against this official

As the official have big hand with goonda bahini also have contact with some banned outfit,he will kill me
