| 2. Services that were sought: | Miscelllenous Passport Services – eg: Police Certificate Clearance |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Passport office limits only 160 applications per day for Miscelleneous services. Tokens are issued early morning. A lot of black market sell tokens for Rs.1500 to Rs.2000. Normally 50% of the tokens are allocated to black marketeers. |
| 4. Bribe amount: | We have waited for 10 days each time for 4 hours and had to go back since tokens were not available. |

| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | Wait for ever. |

| Suggestion 1: | Allow people to submit applications through out the day. |
| Suggestion 2: | Post information on required docs and forms on the internet for application for any miscellenous services. |
| Suggestion 3: | Post information on how many application are disposed by the department each day. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | Have CBI team eye the guys issuing tokens |
| Suggestion 2: | Have govt agencies list all grievances on their site for everyone to view. |
