B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2008 – Oct

2. Services that were sought:	goverment shud check these officers properties.and shud take action as soon as possible.how can a officers can live in 2crore rs.buglow while he earning few thousand rs a month.?goverment shud seal their properties,keep on eye on there working.

3. Problem/s I faced:	GOVERMENT RULE FOR CIVIL ENGINEER IS TO ALLOT WORKS WITH LOTTERY SYSTEM TO THE UNEMPLOYED ENGINEERS..THAT WORKS SHUD B ON WEBSITE BEFORE 8 DAYS OF THE LOTTERY.WHILE MR V.K.PAWAR GIVEN JUST 28WORKS ON THE WEBSITE AND MANAGE 68WORKS TAKING 5%OF THE AMOUNT OF WORK TO THE ENGINEER WHO DONT HAVE REGISTRA

4. Bribe amount:	5% OF THE WORKS TOTAL AMOUNT WAS NEAR 18LAKHS

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	NO

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	NO ITS NOT POSSIBLE WE HAVE TO PAY THE BRIBE.IF WE DONT THEY DONT GIVE US WORKS IF WE GET WORKS EITHER THEY DONT PAY THE BILLS.THEY SAID THEY HAVE TO PAY TO MISTER FOR WORKS AND PAYMENTS.

6. Result:	I FILES RIT PETITION TO THE HIGHCOURT.I HAVE FULL PROUF..CASE IS STILL RUNNING.CASE NO IS 2121 OF 2009.

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	funding frm the goverment to the offices must b transperent.its through website but it needs official password.its true percentage of the work amount have to b given to the ministers.its a chain.so no one takes action even after complaints.i can proove corruption still noone is there to take any action.

Suggestion 2:	even if tender notice b given in news papers.that works also managed by polititian n officers by not alloting blank tenders to the contractors or blackmailing contractors of using some gundas.goverment officers take 2% for managing tenders.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	as i m working for public works division frm last 15years i found huge corruption is done in pwd compair to any other departments.works of road n buildings done on papers only.some roads done by munciple corporation or zilla parishad also counted by pwd..in this way goverment have to pay three times for a road.even all potitions envolved in this as they getting fund of 1crore to vidhayaks..they did huge corruption .

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	citizens shud stand there if any work frm the goverment is going to done there.they shud check the items in the tenders.when contractor is paying 30%bribe amount how can he give u gud kwality roads or buildings.
