| Suggestion 1: | Strict rules against corruption. Set exemplary actions. Regular vigilance vist / inspection to keep everyone alert. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | Provide easy access to employees, contractors, public to reach and report incidents to the ACB / CBI. Mostly, in rural areas there should be system of Forms with address printed and postage paid so that a complain can be physically filled up and mailed directly to the office. |
