| 2. Services that were sought: | Remove 10 year old encroachments on footpath by Hotel Ganga Vihar, and stop emptying Hotel Ganga Vihar’s Garbage into MCGM trucks at midnight in front of (our) building entrance |

Problem/s I faced: | Footpaths are encroached by Hotel Ganga Vihar, preventing pedestrian use, Garbage/ leftovers of the hotel are emptied into MCGM trucks around midnight, dropping lot of dirt in front our entrance creating health hazard, Request to owner and MCGM staff manning the garbage trucks have proved futile. |
