| 2. Services that were sought: | To get the payment of rightful claiments as compensation for the land acquired by Meerut Development Authority as per the ruling of supreme court given its verdict in 1990. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | The case is lying with Upper Jila Magistrate bhumi adhypati sayunkat sanghathan Meerut U.P. They want in each and every case 25% of the total amount of compensation in advance cash to settle the cases of rightful claiments. for Negotiating the bribe the Headclerk and clerks are demanding bribe. |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | the rightful claiments shuld not be harrsed and tortured by the corrupt officers and all the laying cases with the Uppar jila magistrate Bhumi adhypati sayunkat sanghathan Meerut U.P.should be cleared imidiately as they have waited two decades for the payment .there are people their land is actually is grabbed by the Meerut Delopment authority and they purchased the land in past with the legal Bainama and they are home less. Whatever the compentation they are waiting for may give the shelter to the sufferer. The immidiate attention of your august organisation fighting for corruption will give justice to the sufferer. |
