| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | yes. its a government undertaking deparment. and a personal cannot recruit people on his own. but its a richest business to him now. |

| Suggestion 1: | 1. Government has to interfere in this problem as this becomes a serious issue among all the employees already recruited as we have given a big amount for recruitment and job is also not secured moreover, they are recruiting people as they wish and sack them aswell. Decisions are taken at thier own, since it is a Central Govenment undertaken sector, a inidividual can not make this as a business. |
