2. Services that were sought:	Driving Licence

3. Problem/s I faced:	Taking bribe from dalal and not doing work for general public and not even saying what to do. No arrangement for general public. General public just make Q and dalal give extra money and do their work

4. Bribe amount:	50 to 100 rupees

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	no

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	no

6. Result:	my work does not get done

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	prevent dalal from getting directly inside and making such work. and and ask the office in-charge to look that everyone is present at their seats and doing their jobs

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	issue directions to government department to catch him and put him behind the bars

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	ask the person not to do this and if he does then first bring the other person out and teach him a good lesson and warn the official
