Services that were sought: | an administator was appointed over a society called MUNISUVrat coop housing society in deolali camp on the request of the member and after the judgement by the honourable min in 2008 aug. the administrator has not acted against the culpret one mr bipin gandhi despite repeated request of members. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | the administrator only gives assurances and does not do any thing despite the fact that he has been appointed administrator since aug 2008. our property is in danger of being taken over |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | 1. a system of check over the working of the govt servant must be ensured. 2. he should be accoutable for the task given and he should work in a time bound schedule. 3. theere should be complaint mechanism working in the department so that if the govt servant is deliberately trying to delay the work action can be taken against him. 4. all corrrespondence received shoould be answered at the earliest. 5. where it is a clear case that the govt servant is playing ball with the system action to be taken against him immdtly. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | this case has been brought to the notice of CBI DY dir in 2007 CBI now should look into this affair as the person behind this misdeed is a budding politican who is missing using the name of NCP to gain control of a society of sr citizens and the govt servants are working hand in glove with him. this includes the police and the registrar of society officials. |
