| 2. Services that were sought: | Demolition of Illegal construction on disputed property |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Very casual approach of the officers towards the complaint, though after rigours follow up they confirmed that the structure is illegal vide their letter no. ACHE/5074/AEBF dated 15.6.2009 addressed to Mrs. Olga who has done this illegal construction |
| 4. Bribe amount: | Not aware, but the opponent stated no action would be taken by BMC as they have been taken care of. |

| 6. Result: | After receiving a copy of the demolition letter through RTI, I am still awaitng the demolition to take place. |

| D: My Suggestions | |
| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | First of all they should change their attitude towards work. In BMC nobody can get their work done without a bribe. Its 2 months that I am doing rigorous follow up, given several letters / RTIs, personal visit to office and telephone calls. |
| Suggestion 2: | BMC has spent on their website which is very beneficial but provided the person at their office know how to use it. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | to issue directions to government department; to catch the corrupt official/s, who take bribe and then keep on giving false hope to others, thereby making them come to the office now and then without any solution. |
| 3. For other citizens: | |
| Suggestion 1: | Be persistent, as you never know it would bear fruit. As after being persistent I have received the demolition letter, when the demolition will take place is another thing, for which I have to continue to remain persistent with my follow ups. |
