| 2. Services that were sought: | assesment of sales tax account of our busines organisation and thereafter issue of sales tax declaration forms |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Our accountant was called repeatedly for 2 weeks, everyday morning and made to wait till evening to be told that he is not free and come next day. He had demanded 25000/- cash. His inspector has already visited our office and had examined all papers. |

| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | Impossible, because the man who has the authority is asking bribe. if we go and complaint to his boss they are all hand in glove and they dont take any action |

| Suggestion 1: | make it on-line so that human intervention is eliminated. Like already doen in case of H forms and C forms |

| Suggestion 1: | we can arrange make payment with marked currency which ACB/CBI can verify if they co-operate |
