| 2. Services that were sought: | illegal bribery through class IV employees of SECR |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | I have been serving with SECR as porter/gangman, and deployed in operational duty and hence I have to perform various duties on various places of the SECR zone. Due to my service condition, I have been placed on extra duty and hence extra TA/DA. But the dealing account clerk Mr Dharma Rao |

| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | Yes, Mr Dharma Rao’s wife is the receipent in his residence Charoda |
| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | No, obviously not, Mr Dharma Rao place some or other observation and delay sometime null and void |

| Details of Content: | Mr Dharma Rao is the name only he is Adharma Rao, his wife is the agent to collect the bribery money in her house in Charoda, No Class IV employee of SECR could get the TA/DA without bribery. |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | Sir, I personally suggest to depute men in disguise or report to the house of Mr Adharma Rao, Account Clerk in his house in Charoda and catch hold of him. His assigned work of TA/DA should be checked thoroughly and get the entitlement of the poor Class IV employee. DRM should get his men deputed to catch hold of mr Adharma Rao, Acct Clerk in DRM Office, Raipur. It will be beneficial for the poor class IV employee and they will get the TA/DA without bribery, DRM should do the needful to catch hold of such persons. all the class IV employees [Porter/Gangman] are known to Adharma Rao, Acct Clerk residing in Charoda, Bhilai Near to rly Track, His house is just average nobody can guess his status. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | Sir, please depute men in disguise and also to get company of any class IV employee who are in receipt of TA/DA and known to Adharma Rao. Without men in disguise and without any help of class IV employee ACB cannot catch hold of him. Even the babus of DRM office Raipur be checked so that the corruption can come to end. |
