| 3. Problem/s I faced: | 1. purchasing of an AC on DGSND rates not allowed says Sr. AO if you get the material below that rates (which means he fills his pockets by purchasing local material). 3. Passing of the bills and contracts only if given percent bribes |

| Details of Content: | govt. of india has given all purchasing under DGSND rates but the SR. AO and Store incharge are not allowing this as they want say to purchase below those rates that means they have comission set. |
