| B: My Complaint Details | |
| 1. Period of incident: | 2008 – Mar |
| 2. Services that were sought: | i went to the police station to launch a fir against 3 people, who come to my office, abuse & beat me infront of my offfice employees & all the building people. my staff people & the guard comes & save me. for this incident i go to ashok nagar police station & ask them to launch a fir |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | they scold me at the police station & pressurize me not to report against them, police staff also help them, they keep me whole day in the police station & leave me around 10 pm. told me to come in morning, i keep on visiting police station but they didnt launch my complaint |
| 4. Bribe amount: | the police head constable asked me for a bribe of rs ten thousand. |
| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | i pay him rs 2000, because he scold me & told that the opposition party had also given a complaint to him against me. and according to it he will sue me. i didnt find any way so i pay him the amount |

| Suggestion 1: | i would suggest that police must always help the victims and always punish those who take law in their hands |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | acb should always help to punish those government employees which didn,t do teir work properly. |
| 3. For other citizens: | |
| Suggestion 1: | other citizens should always report to higher authorities & acb against any problem they face & should fight against the corruption in the government sector & also the private sector |
