1. Period of incident:	2007 – Nov

2. Services that were sought:	removal of pollution and public nuisance. which is created by food processing industris located at residential and master plan area.business carring on non commercial land. municipal corporation grant licence. issue notice but not impelemate by factory owners.officer not taking action.

3. Problem/s I faced:	we are suffuring from water noise and air pollution and heavy nuisance nuisance.lost our children studies.we uncomfortable,pollution is harmful for our health.we are not been able to sleep.

4. Bribe amount:	we don’t pay any thing.

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	we don’t pay any thing.but factory owners may be.

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	because factory owners are fill the requierment may be possible.

6. Result:	notice issued.

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	municipal corporation must remove this pollution nuisance,and close of these industries from resedenrial area.

Suggestion 2:	penalty to factory owner which has not impelemation of notice.

Suggestion 3:	see proof for this nuisanceat http://gangashahar.blogspot.com

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	not knowing.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	due to waste time,because govt.department not taking appropriate action, and a lengthy procedure.
