| 3. Problem/s I faced: | unfortunately i could not take any action, as i was forced to sign the related documents, indeed i attemted to give a personal complain to the commisioner, i was advised by the people not to do so |

| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | yes, because my company is not eligible to be covered under this act, i was not aware about the rules untill i went thru the website of state provident fund |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | such corrupt officers must be booked because i do understand , these corrupt officers pounce on small fish where they can threatnen.\ my company is very small we cannot afford to bribe these officers monthly, though we pay the department. my suggestion and question to the relevant depatment, the authority and also to the Labour ministry is. i have about 15 employee , none of them are ready to contribute their share . What do i do then? sack these people or i pay their share and company share to the department. which mean 25% increase in wages and salary. at the moment i cannot afford the same should i close down my company |
