| 2. Services that were sought: | Permission of construction of shops at Plot No.8011, JL No.-11, Mouza-Orgram, PS-Bhatar, Dist-Burdwan from the Pradhan, Sahebganj-2 Gram Panchayat, PO-Orgram, Dist.-Burdwan. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | In spite of the Order of the High Court in WP No.21723(W) of 2005 and also inspite of Order No.1338, dated 14.7.2008 passed by the Block Development Officer, Bhatar who is the Ex-Officio Executive Officer of Bhatar Panchayat Samiti |
| 4. Bribe amount: | No specific money was demanded. But I was asked to donate a part of land to them. |
| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | No. I nev er make any understanding or adjustment with them. |
| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | No. The work is pending for last 9 years. |
| 6. Result: | They made some false allegation to police and some other government departments. Even a case has been filed with false and concocted allegation against me. |

| Suggestion 1: | 1. Campaign the incident in the surrounding area. 2. Publishing the matter by Electronic & Print Media. 3. Police to take action. 4. In the instant case the Block Development Officer indirectly protecting the involved persons. |
