2. Services that were sought:	We need them to do their duty properly

3. Problem/s I faced:	mobile,chain snatching etc.. this will lead to anybody can lose their life.. when we complaint this they are not ready to take any action against it..

4. Bribe amount:	its doesnt matter..

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	No

6. Result:	Facing same problem everyday

Suggestion 1:	Please ask them to do their duty..means catch the thief those who are involved in this.

Suggestion 1:	Please set any drama to trace this.. PLz travel from harbour line at around 8.30pm u find the snatcher’s are hiding behind the lamp post and ready to snatch the valuables.
