| 3. Problem/s I faced: | Trafic Police man posted at MTNL roadjunction are looking for any Two Wheelar going to be parked near railway station. With in seconds Crane with Four boys will appear on scene and will lift vehicle and quickly goes in front of MTNLBuilding ( Distance FIFTY Metre ONly) Now you have to pay_____ |
| 4. Bribe amount: | Normally Rs. 50/- if you speaks politely. Oterwise Rs. 100/- If you argue You get CHALLAN |
| 5 a. Was the bribe paid? | Yes . To get my bike back immediately. |
| 5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? | No. Policeman tell that your vehicle would be taken to POLICE STATION and you have to pay fine, get receipt only then you can get vehicle back. All this would take hours. |

| Suggestion 1: | I suggest that the lifting crane should be photographed secretly when loaded and afterwards in evening should be crosscheked with Numbers in Challan of Two Wheelars. You will find difference of more than two third in actual vehicle lifted and Challan issued. |
| 2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI): | |
| Suggestion 1: | ACB person should park vehicle (private ofcourse) near station and then capture the complete sequence. |

| Suggestion 1: | In case you have two minute work near station then park your vehicle right at the point where Policeman is Standing and say hello to him and take permission. You will get No Problem |
