| 2. Services that were sought: | I have filed a complaint against an illegal tin shed, water connection and washroom built outside my gate at Lonavala. |
| 3. Problem/s I faced: | The Lonavala Municipal Council did not take cognizance for more than 5 months, issued a show cause notice in May 2008 and a final notice of demolition in Oct 2008. No action yet being taken. |

| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | The Chief Officer also is aware but he is not taking action. Everybody is corrupt,. In my presence the water department head Mr Kumbhar sanctioned a water connection for Rs2000 and mentioned to the opposite person that he needs to give a cut to everybody including the Chief Officer. |
