Services that were sought:	DEMOLITION OF ILLEGAL BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION RAPIDLY r/s ward muncipal commisioner KANDIVALI WEST MUMBAI MR V V SHANKRAWAR, in R SOUTH ward on Veer Hemukalani cross road no 4 ,Iraniwadi an illegal construction of gr+3 floors is built right between nullah and road without any procedure/permis

3. Problem/s I faced:	fear of threats by builder/encroacher

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	Dear Sir, I f Ordinary Citizens complain alongwith their addresses and contact numbers they are personally harassed, threatened by encroachers, if somehow anonymous information is investigated properly truth will emerge, eg can an ground +3 storey buiding concrete pucca construction happen in a 1 day/ or 1 month , BMC officers will say we take action if we recieve complaint of illegal construction when such huge structures without mandatory permissions come up and the action taken is of leaking contact address/numbers to illegal encroachers/builders who threaten complainants of dire consequences or bmc officers write back “no illegal construction found” please come along for joint inspection of illegal construction. Suggestion 1 Anonymous complaints to be taken seriously with followups and registered just as police records complaints against unknown persons and then after finding eveidence converts it to particular criminals records

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	DAMAGE PROOF POSTERS OF ACB NUMBERS IN MAJOR LANGUAGES MANDATORILY DISPLAYED IN ALL ENTRANCES AND SURPRISE CHECK IF POSTERS ARE COVERED,TORN, MUTILATED AT GOVERMENT OFFICES

Suggestion 1:	complain to senior and higher authorities
