6. Designation of government officer involved:	Junior and Senior (It is shared between then)

8. Address of the government organisation:	If you visit this office any working day, you will find 90% seats are vacant. Most of them are off-duty “officially”, that is with pay. Only the Registration and Tenement Transfer Dept are full as it is minting money time for them. They accept all types of illegal transfer documents documents and get the transfer done for an amount, from Rs.3000/- to Rs.15,000/- This has to be stopper

B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2008 – Oct

2. Services that were sought:	this is to stop corruption

3. Problem/s I faced:	Illegal transfer and registration of flats

4. Bribe amount:	Rs.3000/- to Rs. 17000/-

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	No.. I have not paid bribe. Why should I ??

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	If I bribe them I wil l definitely get the work done. There are so many examples near my house

6. Result:	I am seeking action from you. to stop corruption and for full attendance in office

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	To see that the office has full attendance. if not, cut the salaries of the absentees. To dismiss all corrupt staff members, from peon level to officer levels

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	Maharashtra Housing Board Currupt Practices To see that the office has full attendance. if not, cut the salaries of the absentees. To dismiss all corrupt staff members, from peon level to officer levels

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	Citizens cannot be stopped as they are in millions. the staff should be controlled, that is more practical and achievable
