| 1. For head of government department: | |
| Suggestion 1: | First of all the officebeares have not given bond,they should give bond We had spend rs 25 lacks for major repair.The work was not done properly.Even there were leakage complaint,the retention money was released.Each measure work should be audited and certified by govt architect as fund is public fund. There was structrual audit last year .The report has told many people have changed intrnal layout by breaking walls etc.The parepeth of windows taken inside.No action taken by officebeares. |
| Suggestion 2: | It is necessar for anticoruption to check whether the huge amount collected is to mint money or for real cause.One of the groundfloor resident was changed to office .He donated rs one lac.WHY THIS DONATION WAS NEEDED IF EVERYTHING WAS LEGAL.The lavatory of e wing was closed as per MCGB direction but it is not destroyed or used for other purpose .It is kept locked.The secretary refuse to open and show the lavotory.It leads to doubt that it is missused |
