| 3. Problem/s I faced: | No infromations were delivered under RTI Act 2005. |
| 4. Bribe amount: | A huge amount of kickback by ESM companies to Orissa Mining Corporation |

| Suggestion 1: | To, Anti Corruption Branch Unit-VIII,Dist:- Khurd Bhubaneswar-751012 Sub :- Nefarious activities made by BJD led Orrissa Government for making an agreement of Joint Venture between M/s Orrissa Mining Corporation ( A state PSU ) and M/s Sainik Mining and Allied Services Pvt. Ltd.( An Ex-serviceman Company related to late BJP leader) Dear Sir, The BJD led Orissa Government had made a joint venture between above organisation , for developing and marketing a coal block “Utkal-D” which was allotted to OMC for its own use in the year 2003.The ratio of profit sharing between M/s OMC and M/s Sainik Mining and Allied Services Pvt.Ltd (M/s SMASPL) is 1:6. The present level of profit per tonne of coal is Rs 350.Therefore, the total profit as per present rate , which will be shared for 150 Mt coal block amounting 525000 lacs. Out of this profit state Govt will get only 75000 lacs only whereas 450000 lacs will be the lion`s share of transporting company,say,M/s SMASPL . As this M/s SMASPL is owned by some relative of Late shri Sahib Singh Verma, So Orrissa BJD Government is supporting at the behest of Sri Navin Pattanaik ,Chief Minister of Orissa at a huge pay off/kickback. For exposing these nefarious activities of the present BJD Govt. Of Orrissa,who claim of a clean image, information has been sought under RTI Act but the detail of the terms of the sordid deal / agreement of M/s OMC with the said party has so far been blocked by OMC and 2nd appeal has been filed with State Information Commissioner. So You are requested to kindly make a detailed investigation in this regard, so that ” a mystery behind the curtain” may be opened up. Again, You are requested to intervene the matter immediately to prevent the huge national loss by corrupt BJD Government.
